Incorporated on July 9, 2025, in North Dakota (SOS Control ID: 0006933053), Sparsh Infrastructure Inc. is a dynamic investment firm headquartered at Suite 6, 3212 14th Avenue South, Fargo, ND 58103. As a subsidiary of Sokhada Developers (India, founded April 1, 2023, with ~$1M USD revenue in FY 2025-26), we leverage decades of expertise in construction and hospitality to transform U.S. properties. Our initial focus is acquiring, renovating, operating, and selling motels, starting with a 50-room project in Crookston, MN, with plans to expand into apartments, condos, and commercial developments.

Led by President Dharmendrasinh Vaghela and Secretary & General Manager Dashrath Chaudhari, we are committed to creating jobs, enhancing local economies, and delivering modernized properties with smart technology and sustainable practices. Our 200 sq ft office, leased from Woodcreek Properties, LLC, supports our strategic operations in a vibrant Fargo business hub.

Our Foundation

Sparsh Infrastructure Inc. operates as a subsidiary of Sokhada Developers (95% ownership, https://sokhadadevelopers.com/), with Dashrath Chaudhari holding 5%. Authorized to issue 250,000 shares of common stock at $1.00 par value, our initial $2M investment ($1.2M in Year 1, $800K over Years 2-5) ensures robust growth. Our Board of Directors, comprising Dharmendrasinh Vaghela and Dashrath Chaudhari, oversees compliance with the North Dakota Business Corporation Act, with PVC CPA & Associates as our incorporator.

Post-relocation, Sokhada Developers’ Indian operations will be managed by Hareshsinh Lalsinh Vaghela (40% stake), ensuring continuity. Our governance aligns with Section 1244 of the Internal Revenue Code for tax compliance, supporting our mission to deliver economic value and transparency.
